Refund/Money-back Guarantee Policy
The company is dedicated to delivering quality solutions within the mentioned deadline as per the given guidelines by the student. In case of violations, the client is entitled to a partial or full reimbursement as per our policy.
Abiding by our policy, you have the right to request a partial or full reimbursement if our tutors fail to deliver work as per the initial discussions. We only aim to attain complete customer satisfaction as we offer genuine assignment aid. With a 95% customer satisfaction rate, we are fully confident in delivering work that makes you proud. However, if things go wrong, which rarely happens, a client can request a refund, abiding by our refund policy.
Please note that a full refund is only eligible under certain circumstances. They are:
No Delivery / Partial Delivery / Cancellation By Client
- No Tutor Assigned:Although it's a rare situation, if no writer is assigned for the task, the client is eligible to receive a 100% refund. The student support team will notify the student as soon as possible to avoid any confusion.
- Cancellation of Confirmed Orders:In the case of orders where a writer is assigned for the task, but somehow the client decides to cancel the order, the refund amount will vary. It may range between 75-100% to cover the writer's effort to offer you the necessary service.
- Cancellation of Confirmed Orders close to Remaining Deadlines: If a writer is confirmed and over half the deadline has passed, and the student decides to cancel the order, then the refund amount may vary between 50-0% to cover the writer's and company's efforts to meet the order-related obligations.
- Late Delivery:If the writer falls ill or fails to deliver work within the agreed deadline, the company will refund any reasonable amount to compensate for the delayed delivery. Also, the amount will be discussed with the client based on the delay and the damage caused.
- Guarantee of Timely Delivery: All orders are assured of timely deliveries. However, there are times when the clients send in the necessary materials late or forget to attach essential files with the order form. In such cases, they are not liable for any refunds. Hence, it's crucial to accurately send all details relevant to the task while placing an order.
Work Not Meeting the Guidelines
- Disputed claims:If a candidate is not satisfied with the quality of work or feels the final draft doesn't comply with the specifications and wants to place a refund request instead, the company will consider the matter and suggest ways to rectify the issues. However, if the client is still unsatisfied with the draft, the agency administration will investigate the case, and a refund will be generated based on the investigation results. Kindly note that it's our primary aim to make sure all our clients are delighted with our quality of services, and we will leave no pages unturned to do our best and gain maximum customer satisfaction.
- Plagiarism:For claims like the solution provided by our writer is plagiarised, the candidate must provide a Turnitin report to justify the claim. No other reports shall be accepted to reimburse the refund amount.
- Accidental Duplicate Order:The client must contact our support team at the earliest to cancel a duplicate order. Then, s/he must clarify that the other order is duplicated and isn't required. A 100% refund will be issued if it's an exact order.
- Accidental Extra/Duplicate Transaction:Contact the support team as soon as possible for extra/duplicate payments against an order. Our support team will verify the claim and generate a 100% refund.
No Refund Will Be Issued If:
- You receive quality work. Please note that we don't guarantee grades. Our tutors are highly accomplished in creating tailor-made solutions based on quality research and specifications. All our solutions should be treated as samples or for reference. They are not for direct submissions as one's paper.
- Note: for a revision deadline, the previously mentioned delay refunds and the price recalculation are non-applicable as the end dates differ.
- As for editing, proofreading, formatting orders, please keep in mind that you write original content. So it may contain contextual errors even before we start proofreading and editing.
After you receive the confirmation of a refund, it will take seven business days from the confirmation date to process the payment. Kindly note, the company is responsible for Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and other possible delays due to service-related issues from the bank's end.
